HARBORSIDE ROOMS

The Harborside Rooms are located directly on the waterfront of Cascade Bay on Orcas Island, featuring spectacular views across the water toward the historic Moran Mansion at Rosario. These rooms offer King and Queen beds. One and two bedrooms suites are available featuring a kitchenette and fireplace (presto logs supplied). 

HARBORSIDE HEARTH SUITE 
(ONE KING BED)
Located in the Harborside Buildings on the Cascade Bay waterfront, this suite features a kitchenette, dining room, and living room with fireplace (presto logs supplied). A separate bedroom offers one King bed, private bathroom and balconies with spectacular views of the water and the historic Moran Mansion at Rosario. This suite accommodates two. This room has the ability to connect to a standard queen room through an interior lock-off door for added space and guests, *NOTE: photos show Upper Level Hearth Suite. 

HARBORSIDE KING (ONE KING BED)
Located in the Harborside Buildings overlooking Cascade Bay, these rooms feature a King bed, private bathroom, and a balcony with spectacular views of the water and the historic Moran Mansion. This room accommodates two.  

HARBORSIDE QUEEN (TWO QUEEN BEDS)
Located in the Harborside Buildings overlooking Cascade Bay, these rooms feature two queen beds, private bathroom and a balcony with spectacular views of the water and the historic Moran Mansion. This room accommodates up to four.  This room has the ability to connect to a Harborside Hearth Suite through an interior lock-off door for added space and guests.

HILLSIDE ROOMS

The Hillside Rooms are located high above Cascade Bay, offering spectacular views across the water toward distant islands. These rooms offer King and Queen beds.  One bedroom suites are available featuring a kitchenette and gas fireplace. 

 HILLSIDE DELUXE KING  (ONE KING BED)
Located on the Hillside with partial water and forest views, these rooms feature a king bed, gas fireplace, large bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, kitchenette, and a balcony. This room accommodates two. This room has the ability to connect to a standard Hillside King room through an interior lock-off door for added space and guests.

HILLSIDE KING  (ONE KING BED)
Located on the Hillside with partial water and forest views, these rooms feature a king bed, private bathroom, and a balcony. This room accommodates two. This room has the ability to connect to a Hillside Deluxe King room through an interior lock-off door for added space and guests.

HILLSIDE QUEEN  (TWO QUEEN BEDS)
Located on the Hillside with partial water and forest views, these rooms feature two queen beds, private bathroom and a balcony. This room accommodates up to four.

HARBORSIDE KING ADA ROOM (ONE KING BED)
Located in the Harborside Building on the Casade Bay waterfront, this room style is ADA accessible (wheelchair accessible doors and pathway, roll-in shower with shower bench, and grab bars and low sink in the bathroom).  This room features one king bed, private bathroom, and a balcony with beautiful views of Cascade Bay and the historic Moran Mansion.  This room accommodates two.  Book the adjoining Harborside Hearth Suite and this turns into our Harborside Cascade Suite sleeping up to four.
